Position Objective

To ensure smooth functioning of Site / Global IT System & Security Infrastructure (on-premises / cloud technologies) of the company (Level 1 / 2 Support). This will include the handling of IT support requests, fixing issues with hardware or services, monitoring services, and action escalation as necessary.

2-3 years of experience required in the similar field. Minimum Graduate.
