How You’ll Work
- Location : Remote; final location determined during the hiring process based on business needs
- Travel : Travel required; varies by customer and region
- Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position : $106,000-$120,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
- Bonuses / Commission : Eligible for performance‑based incentive

About the Role
CRST’s Dedicated Solutions division delivers customized, asset‑based fleet programs for regional and national shippers across the country. These solutions improve safety, efficiency, and service consistency for customers who rely on dedicated capacity.
As a Dedicated Sales Director, you’ll lead the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and implementation. You’ll shape CRST’s dedicated growth strategy by building programs tailored to customer needs while partnering closely with Operations and Pricing teams.
What You’ll Do
Identify and win dedicated fleet opportunities with enterprise and mid‑market shippersBuild customer‑specific fleet designs using insights from Operations and PricingDevelop go‑to‑market strategies that grow CRST’s dedicated footprint in key marketsBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with customer decision‑makersLead negotiations and structure multi‑year agreements that balance value and profitabilityPartner cross‑functionally to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementationUse customer data, industry trends, and competitive insights to refine strategyRepresent CRST at customer meetings, industry conferences, and eventsWhat Great Looks Like

Required
