Patient Access Specialist III

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist III Schedistrar.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule outpatient procedures and manage requests from patients and physician offices

Collect, verify, and input patient and insurance information into the health information system

Act as a resource for patients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about scheduled services

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Diploma (GED)

Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience in Patient Access Services or related fields

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 120 days of employment

Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience

2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
