Material Handling - Shipping Forklift Operator

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Material Handler / Forklift Operator to work on 3rd shift with expertise on a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced shipping environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of corrugated paper materials throughout our facility, ensuring seamless production and adherence to stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and conduct thorough pre-shift forklift inspections, documenting findings and reporting maintenance needs.
• Precision Material Movement : Operate forklifts with a focus on safety and efficiency to transport materials within the production and warehouse areas.
• Inventory Management : Accurately scan and transfer finished goods to designated warehouse locations, maintaining precise inventory records.
• Warehouse Organization : Strategically stack and organize materials to maximize warehouse space and prevent damage.
• Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with other material handlers and warehouse personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the integrity of materials and finished goods during handling and transport.
