NOW HIRING : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities :
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
Assist with office supplies, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks
Support team projects and help track deadlines
Qualifications :
1–2 years of administrative or office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
