Axios Professional Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction services company in Grand Rapids to hire a Service Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee daily service operations, ensure safety and compliance, and help drive overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of projects
• Act as the main point of contact for service technicians and customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively
• Prepare accurate quotes and cost estimates for service projects to support profitability and customer satisfaction
• Provide hands-on supervision and support for smaller service projects requiring additional coordination
• Develop, document, and implement company policies and procedures to promote safety, consistency, and operational excellence
