What You Bring to the Table :

Education :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required )

BSN from an accredited school ( Preferred )

Licenses & Certifications :

RN License (Single State or Multi‐state Compact) â€"

Required

BLS from AHA â€"

Required

ACLS â€"

Required

National Certification in your specialty â€"

Preferred

Experience :

2+ years of recent Med Surg experience â€"

Required.

Experience with computer data entry â€"

Required.

Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems â€"

Preferred.

Must‐Have Skills :

A+ interpersonal and communication chops

Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.

Calm under pressure â€" you know how to manage fast‐paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro.

Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence‐based decision‐making.
