Job description

Position Type :  Part-time with potential for full-time hire

Compensation :  $14 - $15 / an hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a  bilingual (English / Spanish)  individual to join our team to assist with making calls and handling some clerical duties. This position offers the possibility to grow into a  Recruiter  role in the future. Ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to candidates and clients as needed.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as data entry and file organization.
  • Provide support to the team and contribute to daily operations.
  • Learn and develop skills for potential advancement into a recruiter role.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual  in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
