Lead daily field operations for large-scale, ground-up public and commercial projects ranging from $20M-$60M+. Oversee all site activities, subcontractor performance, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control. Partner closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines, logistics plans, budgets, and overall delivery. Coordinate inspections, manage site documentation, and ensure adherence to local and state requirements. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to drive project success. Maintain Procore and Microsoft Project schedules, reports, and daily logs. Mentor field staff and foster a positive, safe, productive jobsite environment. Represent the company with professionalism as they establish and grow their presence in Richmond.
