Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Supervise on-site construction teams to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.

Monitor budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly.

Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.

Foster a culture of safety and teamwork on-site.

A successful Richmond Senior Superintendent should have : proven experience in leading construction projects exceeding $20M+; strong leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors; in-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; effective communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
