Job descriptionReview, draft, and edit various commercial agreements (vendor, service, supply, licensing, confidentiality). Support attorneys in managing the contract lifecycle : intake, review, redlines, negotiation, and execution. Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and resources. Track key contract terms, obligations, and deadlines. Conduct legal and business research on relevant commercial and regulatory topics. Coordinate with internal teams for due diligence and information gathering. Assist with special projects and initiatives. Prepare correspondence, summaries, and reports. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics. Monitor shared inboxes and triage incoming requests. Develop and update department forms, checklists, and reference materials. 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably with a focus on commercial transactions or contracts. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools. Strong drafting and document organization skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.

- ? Pay Rate : $60 / hr
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Transactions Paralegal to join our Legal Department on a contract basis. This role supports the Commercial Transactions team by reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts and related documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and compliance, working closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
