People Experience Manager – Talent Acquisition Job Responsibilities :
The PX Manager for Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, with a strong focus on building relationships and promoting our TAS brand. The incumbent will be responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience from job posting to day one, attracting and hiring top talent for our industrial services operations.
People Experience Manager – Talent Acquisition Job Duties :
- Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technicians, drivers, billers, dispatchers, and leaders. This includes creating job ads, posting the jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Manage the pre-onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, DOT paperwork, and physicals.
- Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. This includes timely communication, providing clear information, and ensuring a smooth and respectful journey for all applicants.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. This includes utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal talent database.
- Plan, organize, and attend career fairs, trade shows, and industry events to actively engage with potential candidates and promote our company as a top employer.
- Administer and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless workflow.
- Conduct on-site recruiting events at our branches to meet with candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process directly with operations teams.
- Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor recruiting activities to inform our talent acquisition strategies.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of our efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiting role.Proven track record of successfully hiring skilled trades and operational roles.Strong understanding of recruiting platforms, ATS, and other HR technologies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.A passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience.Ability to travel to career fairs, branch sites, and recruiting events as needed. Up to 50% travel.
