Arizona Licensed Delegation Oversight Nurse

A company is looking for an LVN Delegation Oversight Nurse Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and document pre-delegation and annual assessments for compliance with guidelines

Develop corrective action plans and assist with delegation oversight committee meetings

Prepare documents for regulatory audits and maintain delegation assessment tools and reporting templates

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in a managed care environment

Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the state of practice

Knowledge of audit processes and relevant state and federal regulations

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
