The Impact of Customer Value Director at Coupa.

This role is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships post-go-live, ensuring measurable success, retention, and growth across Coupa's platform. The ideal candidate brings deep P2P or S2C domain expertise, combined with strong executive engagement skills and a proven ability to lead value-based conversations that influence outcomes. They will drive customer value by executing tailored success plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful business reviews. Strong communication, project management, and analytical capabilities are essential to proactively identify opportunities, manage expectations, and expand solution adoption. With an entrepreneurial mindset and SaaS background, this leader serves as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with Coupa's evolving capabilities.

The estimated pay range for this role is : $1 36,000 - $184,000 + eligibility for commission with an estimated pay mix of 80 / 20

The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
