Attorney

The NJ LAW OFFICE is looking for the candidate preferably with a minimum of 1-year immigration law experience.

The Associate Attorney position requires the handling of immigration cases handling family immigrant visas and removal proceedings. Litigation of Master and Individual Hearings.

The Associate Attorney will also assist to prepare and process applications before USCIS.

The Associate Attorney must be passionate to work with the immigration community, must be a great multitasker, and needs to posses great oral and analytical skills along with a strong and positive attitude.

The candidate must be admitted to any ABA Bar preferably NJ.

Must be proficient in Spanish. Salary is negotiable according to the experience.
