Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global, Commercial, and tech teams to gather requirements and define expectations for reporting and execution.
• Manage Purchase Order creation and ensure Service Acceptance compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate during the monthly cycle to ensure business expectations are aligned and accurate.
• Manage monthly budgets and latest estimates, including accrual / deferral calculations and related documentation.
• Solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
• Organize and manage process improvement or project teams.
• Provide both routine and ad hoc reporting, analysis, reconciliations, tracking, monitoring, and budget support accurately and timely.
• Perform variance analysis on a monthly basis using models and reports.
• Develop new processes, system requirements, and oversee their implementation.
• Complete project responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Take corrective actions or escalate issues to resolve errors or inconsistencies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 / hr.
