We have two locations, in spectacular settings about 45 minutes apart and our year over year practice growth drives the need for an additional oral surgeon.

Associate to Partner  - Available within 12 to 24 months. Only candidates interested in partnership will be considered.

Solid Patient Flow   – You won’t have to wait to build your schedule! Our practice has a strong presence in the community with referrals from Southern Oregon, Northern California, and coastal communities ensuring a steady stream of patients.

Advanced Technology & Facilities  – Work in a modern, fully-equipped surgical suite with state-of-the-art technology and IV sedation capabilities including 3D Printing capabilities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon-Experienced or Residents completing in 2026
• Passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships
• Strong surgical skills in dentoalveolar, implants, and pathology (full-scope experience is a plus!)
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-quality private practice environment
• Oral Surgeon that seeks partnership and wants to make our community their home

Percentage of net collections with a minimum guaranteed $400K - $500K annually potential to earn $1M+
