Chaplin

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Chaplin to join our care team in Memphis, TN. The Chaplin will support residents and families in their spiritual and emotional journeys. This role will focus on fostering an environment of compassion, respect, and dignity by offering counseling, prayer, and supportive presence as needed.

This position is part time.

Job Qualifications :

• Certification by an appropriate pastoral agency and ongoing advanced training in theology, management and pastoral skills
• Experience providing spiritual care in a healthcare, hospice or long term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support people of diverse backgrounds and beliefs
