Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Position Overview

The Kleane Kare Team is seeking an experienced and motivated Custodial Technician Supervisor to lead our custodial and floor care operations. This hands-on leadership position ensures that all areas of our facility - including restrooms, offices, lobbies, and floors - meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance.

You'll supervise a team of custodians and floor technicians, oversee daily cleaning schedules, perform inspections, and participate directly in advanced floor care maintenance. This role is perfect for someone with both technical expertise and leadership ability who takes pride in delivering a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of custodial and floor technician staff.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure top-quality performance.
• Oversee cleaning of all areas including restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and corridors.
• Perform and direct advanced floor maintenance (stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, carpet extraction).
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, Green Cleaning procedures, and GSA contract standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replacements as needed.
• Conduct quality control inspections and respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Operations staff, and facility representatives.
