Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Operations & Business Analyst (Global Services Division) to join our growing team. This role blends financial industry operations expertise with advanced technical skills—ideal for someone who enjoys using tools like SQL and Excel to dig deep into data, conduct research, and develop internal solutions that drive operational excellence.

We're looking for someone who thrives on collaborating with peers, building out tools, and designing processes other departments can leverage. The ideal candidate is part operator, part technical builder : they understand workflows and industry regulations, but are equally comfortable analyzing databases, prototyping solutions, and automating processes.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies, assess risk factors, and develop actionable strategies for process improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to design and implement strategies that enhance workflows, increase productivity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure milestones and goals are achieved within established timelines and in adherence to regulations.
• Develop high-level operational improvement plans, integrating risk management and compliance measures, and support departments in refining processes to align with these changes.
• Emphasize strategic planning, metrics generation, operational analysis, and risk management to promote efficiency, scalability, and regulatory adherence.
