The Service Intake Coordinator is an expert in managing and resolving issues clients are facing through problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analysis. Service projects managed include both residential and commercial projects. The role strengthens Seal Solar's client service level through expertise in client management and problem-solving.

What will I do?
Take phone calls, texts, and emails from clients and team members about issues clients are facing.Monitor systems and identify issues.Check new systems on the monitoring and make sure they are working properly.Troubleshoot issues with the homeowner over the phone and / or with a Seal representative.Troubleshoot issues with the manufacturer over the phone or via chat support.Reach out to the manufacturer when there is a faulty part that is still under warranty.Quote clients and service partners for service projects.Collect key site details, system specs, error codes, inverter make / model, warranty status, and customer account info.Enter all case details into the company's CMMS, CRM, or ticketing system.Assist with initiating RMA requests, tracking replacement equipment, and coordinating shipments with vendors.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and O&M supervisors to ensure smooth resolution of service cases.Ensure the intake process reflects professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness, building long-term client trust.Position requirements :
