Quality Director

A company is looking for a Quality Director to lead the transformation of the nation's air traffic control system.

Key Responsibilities

Owns quality planning, performance metrics, risk integration, and escalation management

Oversees day-to-day QA execution across workstreams and executes audits

Manages the Corrective Action Program and interfaces with FAA COR on quality matters

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience, with 20 years preferred

10+ years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

Experience with large program QA / QC and systems and facilities

PMP / CQE preferred; US Citizenship required
