Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multi-faceted appeals and litigation with a significant impact on our financial services clients
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive appellate briefs
• Present oral argument in appellate courts
• Develop legal strategies and provide client recommendations
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters
• Assist the General Counsel with litigation and related matters
