The Employee Connect's Client is looking for a Delivery Merchandiser to join our clients team in Houston, TX. The Delivery Merchandiser will be responsible for delivering merchandise to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
The wage is $18 an hour plus .62 cent a mile. You will be provided with a company van.
Responsibilities :
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with merchandise and supplies
- Deliver merchandise to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all products are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer contact information
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of merchandise
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of local geography and routes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
