Reporting to the Sr. Maintenance Manager, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless maintenance of our dynamic warehouse environment. In this full-time, exempt position, your passion for mechanics will keep our engines running smoothly.

Your Mission :

  • Champion the maintenance of essential warehouse equipment—from conveyor systems to forklifts, ensuring peak performance with proactive routines to reduce downtime.
  • Decode blueprints and electrical schematics like a pro, executing precise maintenance tasks.
  • Safeguard our facility's structural integrity with exceptional upkeep of lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate with external experts when specialty repairs are needed.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools, replenishing stocks efficiently to avert operational glitches.
  • Lead safety measures by regularly inspecting and revising safety protocols to combat potential hazards.
  • Keep meticulous maintenance records, delivering insightful reports on equipment efficacy and maintaining cost-efficiency.

What We Seek :

  • Blend a robust mechanical aptitude with keen problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively across tiers, building robust relationships with peers and external partners alike.
