We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for our mechanical HVAC / Plumbing projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the construction industry, specifically in plumbing and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, contract review and negotiation, scheduling, budgeting, and financials. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working for a mechanical contractor.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and financials, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
• Ensure all projects are compliant with safety and building regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and forecasts.
• Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
