Their team partners with the area's leading General Contractors to support complex and technical projects across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Academic and more - with projects ranging from $1M-$100M in annual revenue.

Job Description

The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for :

• Support project team
• Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
• Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations
• Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager
• Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
• Oversee with project close-out documentation
• Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Provide in-person support at job sites as required
• Manage client relationships
• Manage support staff
