Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with D365 Implementation experience to join their team.
This is an initial contract position until December 2024 with potential to extend.
Experience working on Dynamics 365 implementation projects is essential.
About the role :
- Previous experience in articulating business processes utilising inputs from subject matter experts and program stakeholders
- Experience creating business requirements documents such as functional specifications, use cases, Non-functional Requirements, Current State Analysis, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams
- Experience in Data Analysis
- Experience in Testing and Validation. Collaborating with the testing team to develop test cases based on requirements
- Advanced understanding of typical business functions, workflows and processes of government owned corporations, preferably in the Energy sector
- Have an ability to work autonomously, both on site and remotely as required, to meet agreed tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrate how they thrive in a highly-visible, fast-paced, fluid environment whilst managing multiple conflicting priorities
- Be well versed with CRM implementations, specifically D365.
