Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by regional managers and supervisorManage the entire abandonment process from start to finish for properties in your portfolioProcess rent increases annuallyMail resident bills monthlyBe able to process rent payments received at the corporate officeTrain and be a resource for community managersMaintain constant correspondence between regional managers and community managersCover the front desk when the receptionist is absent – includes processing and tracking applicationsProcess notices including 30 day, 72 hour, etc.File FED’s and pull DMV recordsComplete community newsletters and miscellaneous fliersOrchestrate Quarterly Manager Meetings by fine tuning the agenda and inviting attendeesComplete assigned tasks on community onboarding and offboarding checklistsComplete assigned tasks on employee onboarding and offboarding checklistsMaintain website by keeping information currentCreate and update proceduresUpdate certain registrations for communitiesQualifications :
