RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

Work night shift from 10 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM

Start as soon as possible

Weekend requirement : 1-2 twenty-four hour weekend call shifts

On-call requirement : 1-2 call nights per week

Charge duties as needed when on call

Floating required to other departments as needed

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required

BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing required

Must have current knowledge and skills appropriate to age / type of patient population served

Must demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice

Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays

Must handle emergency / crisis situations and prolonged standing and walking

Requires heavy physical effort to position, push and / or transfer patients or equipment

Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required
