Clinical Manager
Clinical Manager needed in Jacksonville, FL

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000+
- Paid Time Off (4 Weeks)
- 8 Paid Holidays
- Retirement Package 401(K)
Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday
- Administrative On Call - Every other weekend (by phone only)
- Patient Census - 30 to 40
- Autonomy
- Oversight of the Clinical Team

Requirements
- OASIS-E Experience
- Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice Experience
- Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
- Registered Nurse
