How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice : As the Manager, Project Management, you will act as the strategic owner of end-to-end project execution for New Product Development (NPD) and other critical projects to support the business as needed. You will drive operational excellence and accountability across the organization, leading high-impact cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. This role is critical to scaling our project management engine and enhancing operational performance.
A typical day might include a mix of the following core responsibilities : Strategic Project & Timeline Ownership, Financial Stewardship & Budget Oversight, Cross-Functional & Vendor Leadership, Team Development & Leadership, Reporting & Risk Management, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence.
The Details : Location : Hybrid, 3 days in Seattle office / week, Hours : Standard Pacific Time business hours, Physical requirements : Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods, Travel requirements : 1-2 times / year.
What you'll bring to the table : PMP Certification, 8+ years of progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (preferably in CPG), 3+ years of people management experience leading project managers, coordinators, or cross-functional teams, Proven success driving projects from concept to launch with accountability for scope, timeline, and budget, Strong influencing and leadership skills across all organizational levels, Exceptional attention to detail and sound decision-making under pressure, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms, A relentlessly positive outlook, growth mindset, and collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork and creative problem solving.
$150,000 - $165,000 USD / annually #LI-NG1 Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor / prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region / town / cost of living. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
