Shifts : 7pm-7am

Days : Rotating schedule - (Week 1 : M,T,S,S - Week 2 : W,Th,F- Repeated)

Weekends : every other weekend

Compensation : up to $40 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Position Overview : Westmoreland Health and Rehab Center, an EEOemployer, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Night Supervisor to join ourteam.

Located in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee, Westmoreland provides premierquality care for residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment andquality care.

The selected candidate may also participate in the Director ofNursing (DON) in training program. We believe in supporting career advancementfor clinical leaders!

Responsibilities : As an RN Night Supervisor, your primaryresponsibilities will include leading and supervising the day-to-day nursingactivities of the facility.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the highest degreeof quality care is maintained at all times. Key day-to-day responsibilitiesinclude :

• Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on night shift.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units.
• Playing a vital role in the DON in-training (DONIT) program.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, quality and efficient patient care.
• Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development.
• Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.

Qualifications : To be successful in this role, candidates must meetthe following qualifications :

• Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Tennessee.
• Long-term care and supervisory experience are required.
• BLS CPR Certification.
