Job Summary : As a Tower Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of rigging equipment on communication towers. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of our projects.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment
• Ability to identify the tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec
• Knowledge of the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials, and working near energized lines and equipment
• Assist in the installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, grounding and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable
• Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
• Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, true up, shooting proper azimuth within tolerances, reading maps and a compass, torque to spec, labeling, picture-taking, documentation, plumb and tilt readings with smart level, etc.
• Responsible for tool inventory and upkeep daily on job site
• Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues
