Description
Position Overview :
Benchmark takes pride in providing excellent customer service and the most efficient loan process to borrowers. The Loan Officer Assistant/Client Concierge is an integral part of this process and is responsible for supporting one or more Loan Originators and our Mortgage-as-a-Service (MaaS) client through sales assistance, document collection, and client relationship management.
Ideal candidates for this position have proven customer relationship management skills, a high attention to detail, and proven organizational skills.
