Accounts Receivable Analyst
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivables
- Follow up with Customers on overdue invoices. Ensure invoices are paid on time. Send monthly account statements.
- Reconcile Customer Accounts. Work with customers / Parts and Project Controllers Team to solve discrepancies.
- Support Staff Accountant with daily banking remittance for Customer Payments Applications.
- Responsible for Managing Customer Portals. Upload Invoices and review portal for an missing invoices or invoices that has not been paid.
- Responsible for set up Customers in SAP and maintain customer welcome packages saved on server
- Update Customer Welcome packages yearly
- Prepare monthly AR Report
- Monthly Ledger vs Subledger account reconciliation
- Monthly Review of AR Stuck Invoices
General Accounting
- Support bank transaction activities as need it
- Support during Internal and External Audit
Application Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting and 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
- Basic / Moderate excel capabilities
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Time Management
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business need
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred
