Certification Details

BLS - Basic Life Support

Job Details

Specialty : MS / Tele

Shift : 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position - OT is billed after 48hrs for 48hrs placements

Med Surg & MS / Tele Ratios : 1 : 5 / 6 with occasional 1 : 7

This is a fast pace / high case load facility – please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting

Experience Required : 2 years

First time travelers are accepted

Every other weekend required

Floating Required : Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)

Job Requirements

Certifications required : BCLS

Skills Preferred : Telemetry

Must pass cardiac exam during orientation

EMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation

Patient age groups : Adults and geriatrics

Schedule Information

Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs

Every other weekend required

Unit Specific Information

Candidates must complete the Medication and Documentation Compliance (FY25) course prior to start
