Job descriptionThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and / or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) Diesel engine experience Truck repair experience Technical degree or certification is a plus Skills : Written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office skills Abilities : Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs Use computers for web-based training and work order system Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude Possess a clean driving record Pass a DOT approved physical Must have your own set of basic hand tools and toolbox (list provided by shop) Working Conditions : Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside) Frequently works on scaffolding Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes Moderate noise level Ability to join the On-Call rotation after introductory period Potential need to drive service vehicle to customer location to perform repairs BENEFITS Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision Insurance HSA with company matching 401(k) with company contribution Company-paid life and short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Holiday pay and PTO Powered by JazzHR
