• Execute patient care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and various medical treatments.\n
• Document the care provided to patients accurately.\n
• Monitor and communicate patient condition with the healthcare team, patients, and families as necessary.\n
• Assist patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
• Collaborate with various disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers and discharges.\n
• Assess educational needs and provide tailored education to patients and their families.\n
• Stand as a strong advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.\n\nRequirements : \n\nTo be considered for this position, applicants must hold a current state RN license. Other requirements include : \n
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
• ACLS / PALS certification required within six months of hire.\n
