Job descriptionActive License in The State of Indiana DEA Certification Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday : Mon and Tue : 7 : 30a 6p, Wed and Th 7 : 30a-7p, Fri 7 : 45a-5p 4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours 20 Patients a Day Call by Phone Every 2 Months Seeing Patients of All Ages No Surgery, Standard Procedures

The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits :
- $180,000-$220,000 Based on Experience
