Under the direction of the Director of Street Health, the Street Health Manager (0923 Manager II) oversees services for individuals who are unhoused or unsheltered and in need of behavioral health intervention. This position is responsible for providing overall direction to civil service and contracted teams that provide street-based outreach and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing program development; planning, implementation, and evaluation of neighborhood-based initiatives; overseeing contracts and partnerships; and coordinating with key stakeholders to align the Street Health teams’ efforts. The Street Health Manager also represents the Department of Public Health (DPH) in citywide Street Health initiatives.

1. License and Certification :
2. Experience : Three (3) years of professional experience in behavioral health services for people experiencing homelessness or with significant mental health or substance use needs, including at least two (2) years of verifiable experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD).
Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirements by the final filing date unless otherwise noted.
One-year full-time employment is equivalent to 2,000 hours (2,000 hours of qualifying work experience is based on a 40-hour work week).
