Position Summary

This position is responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, air conditioners, heaters, and related equipment often at customer locations / job sites. This role requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify system issues and perform timely repairs. The technician is also responsible for completing accurate service reports and processing warranty claims, ensuring detailed documentation and customer satisfaction
