A leading independent automotive repair and collision group in Huntington Beach is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, high-performing shop that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of service advising experience , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance customer satisfaction with shop productivity. This role calls for someone who can guide customers through the repair process with confidence and clarity—someone who can turn great communication and technical understanding into lasting relationships.

What You'll Do :

Welcome customers, document concerns, and manage the vehicle intake process

Prioritize repairs (safety vs. maintenance) and communicate recommendations clearly

Secure authorizations and ensure repair orders are accurate and complete

Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to maintain efficient workflow

Deliver transparent, trustworthy updates throughout the repair process

Contribute to team success through strong sales and service follow-through

What They're Looking For :

5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and explain repair needs clearly

Familiarity with Shopware is a plus (not required)

Must live within a 30-minute commute of Huntington Beach

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Pay : $25–$40 / hr + commission on personal sales and company gross profit

On-Target Earnings : $100K–$150K

Benefits (after 90 days) :

PTO accrues from date of hire; usable after 90 days
