Instrumentation & Controls / SCADA Project Manager. Base pay range : $150,500.00 / yr - $227,700.00 / yr.

This role focuses on managing Instrumentation and Control (I&C) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system implementation projects in the drinking water and wastewater industry, primarily across California. Responsibilities include master planning, design, and SCADA software programming, as part of delivering projects that meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. The role may require periodic travel and coordination with staff across Jacobs offices and project locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for I&C / SCADA system implementation projects in drinking water and wastewater.
• Manage regional I&C / SCADA projects across California, including master planning, design, and SCADA software programming.
• Prepare scope of work and level of effort estimates for contracting.
• Work with staff managers to assign project resources; approve material and subcontractor invoices for payment; prepare monthly client invoices; track changes.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with and manage staff to deliver projects across multiple Jacobs offices and locations.
• Maintain a self-motivated, detail-oriented, quality-driven, team-focused approach; occasional travel required.

The base salary range for this position is $150,500.00 to $227,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education / training.
