Director Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Pay Range : $160,000 - $200,000 salary + 20% target AIP
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Director Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement is responsible for assisting Chief Tax Officer / VP (CTO) with launching, driving and maintaining Quest's Lean Six Sigma projects across the entire finance organization.
The Director reports to the Chief Tax Officer / Finance Continuous Improvement Leader and may be based as a hybrid worker (min 3 days / week) at any Quest U.S. office location.
