Position Summary
The Virtual Member Service Representative is a floating position that will report directly to the Branch Manager. This is a dual role working as an MSR, a Virtual employee and floating to other branches for support as needed. It will assist new and existing members with their financial needs, Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) processing, open and close accounts, transaction processing, cash handling, cross-selling, answer calls and perform other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist members directly and virtually with teller transactions, incoming calls, account maintenance and inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process all wires, Interactive Teller Machine processing, Mobile Check Deposit processing, P2P and Bill Pay assistance
- In branch- and online account opening
- Actively cross-sell products and services to members to achieve or exceed established individual and branch sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Maintain accuracy via transactions and information provided during video calls, phone calls, and emails.
- Act as a liaison between members and other departments providing insight into trends that may be impacting member service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve members' and internal inquiries in a timely manner and accurate manner, communicating the resolution to affected parties.
- Respond to all online banking requests, emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Perform all Virtual and MSR duties as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
