About the Role

As a Job Coach, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities at their job sites, helping them learn job tasks, develop workplace skills, and navigate employment challenges. You’ll work closely with both participants and employers to ensure a positive and productive work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and support to individuals at their workplaces.
• Assist with learning job tasks, workplace expectations, and professional skills.
• Collaborate with employers to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback, encouragement, and problem-solving strategies.
• Enter and update information using the iPad, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
