Qualifications :
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Must be trustworthy and honest
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to follow printed recipes and achieve accurate flavor profiles for prepared drink products
- Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet bar guests in a timely manner with a warm welcome.
- Able to learn our menu and provide clear answers to any questions form the guests.
- Explain our restaurant concept to guests.
- Learn our steps of service and be able to execute at a high level.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Communicate effectively with our team.
- Take orders and be able to use our POS system effectively.
- Execute and create cocktails based on recipes.
