motivated employment attorney with experience in litigating and
providing advice on a wide range of labor and employment law
matters. The position reports to the Head of Legal, People and
Places, is based in Newark, NJ and will be expected to come into
the office 5 days per week. It requires the ability to travel on an
as needed basis. As a Corporate Counsel, you will... - Work with
internal clients on the People and Places team, providing practical
advice and counseling regarding general labor and employment issues
such as those relating to recruiting, hiring, diversity, equity and
inclusion, compensation and pay equity, talent management,
discipline and discharge, wage and hour, time and attendance,
discrimination, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, HR
compliance and other relevant labor and employment issues. - Manage
employment litigation, government agency investigations, proactive
training, and administrative charges as well as the assessment,
selection, and supervision of outside counsel - Conduct training
for managers on employment related issues - Work closely with
colleagues on the Audible legal team Audible is the leading

legal experience - 5+ years experience handling employment
litigation with a leading national law firm - Excellent
organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once,
follow through, and meet deadlines - Proven analytical and computer
