Job descriptionJob Summary : Key Responsibilities : Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and establish rapport to build lasting relationships. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicle options. Provide complete product knowledge on new cars, including features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. Assist customers with financing options and warranty plans. Negotiate vehicle sales and finalize sales contracts in accordance with dealership policies. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product specifications, and competitors. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Participate in sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. Maintain a clean and organized showroom and assist with the management of inventory. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Basic computer skills; experience with dealership management software is a plus.
